Products

What do we produce with our customers?

Our consulting work primarily encourages, promotes and generates change. The products give an impression of both the process and the partial results that have proven to be useful in the course of a consulting process.

The products are by-products that arise along the way of a consulting process, for example in the shape of a concept note, a policy brief, a memorandum of understanding, a tool, a training program, a process design or an evaluation. In most cases, these products stand for milestones of a specific process in which we and our clients learn together.

In research and consulting processes, we are discovering new perspectives and opportunities leading to new solutions. On the basis of evidence-based validation of results we design products that pave the way to new practices.

No single product fits with everything. Therefore, the products don’t reflect the overall process of a consulting process, rather they are a glimpse of how we work as partners in change processes.
